Peanut Extrusion is the 1 in. x 1 in. installment of our easy-to-use structure system. The profile of this extrusion looks like a peanut, and has two holes sized for 1/4-20 thread-forming screws. The added mid-spans are positioned to flank a pair of bolts that self thread into an adjoining piece of Peanut Extrusion. These spans prevent the extrusion from getting crushed by over-tightening.
